Samantha Kath, FNP

Samantha Kath, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing journey began with an associate degree from Century College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Throughout her career, Samantha has gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including the care of chronically ill patients in a long-term acute care hospital, the medical intensive care unit, post-anesthesia care unit, and the operating room, where she pursued additional continuing education. Most recently, she has worked in a fast-paced urgent care environment, managing acute health concerns.
Samantha is passionate about building genuine relationships with patients and empowering them and their families through education. During her training as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she discovered a special interest in caring for young children and their families. She enjoys meeting families where they are on their healthcare journey—offering guidance, education, and advocacy to ensure they receive the best care and that their concerns are acknowledged.
She is committed to a holistic approach to healthcare, blending traditional Western medicine with integrative practices to offer natural, personalized treatment plans. Her goal is to help patients understand and care for their whole body, mind, and spirit.
A Minnesota native, Samantha was born and raised in White Bear Lake and has lived in Forest Lake with her husband since they married in 2017. They homeschool their two children and share their home with the family dog. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys gardening, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, and staying active in both her church and homeschool communities.
