Rachael Greenheck is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who believes great healthcare starts with feeling heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. With a background as a paramedic, registered nurse, and clinical manager in a dental clinic, she brings a calm presence, broad clinical experience, and a deep understanding of both acute and everyday health concerns.
Rachael especially enjoys caring for patients with same-day and acute needs, urgent and emergency-related concerns, orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, dental-related problems, and autoimmune conditions. After recently being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease herself, she understands firsthand how overwhelming navigating health decisions can feel. This experience has shaped her compassionate, whole-person approach and her interest in blending evidence-based medicine with thoughtful, natural treatment options when appropriate.
Patients often describe Rachael as easy to talk to, thorough, and reassuring. She takes time to listen, explain, and partner with patients so they feel confident and supported in their care – never rushed or dismissed.
Outside the clinic, Rachael enjoys getting lost in a good mystery thriller, trying new healthy recipes, practicing mindfulness, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and spending time outdoors with family on their tree farm. She is honored to care for the New Kingdom Healthcare community and looks forward to building long-term relationships with her patients.
