Kiley Tasset, PA

Hello! My name is Kiley, and I’m originally from Clive, a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa. My passion for medicine began early in life through personal experiences — growing up with a sibling with autism and a grandmother with cancer inspired me to pursue a career focused on caring for others.I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University, where I also gained valuable experience working in research labs both on campus and abroad in Valencia, Spain. After graduation, I worked as a medical scribe in podiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, and urology while volunteering at my local hospital. I later became a certified nursing assistant, working in both a rehabilitation facility and on a post-surgical floor in Cedar Falls, Iowa. These experiences allowed me to see the importance of every role within healthcare — from CNAs and nurses to physicians — and deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, team-based care.I went on to earn my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Dubuque, graduating in December 2024.Outside of the clinic, I enjoy reading, crafting, traveling, attending local markets and events, spending time with my dogs, and catching the latest theatre performances.Throughout my education and clinical training, I developed a special passion for pediatrics, and I’m thrilled to begin my career as a Physician Assistant with New Kingdom Healthcare, serving the greater Twin Cities community.
