Erin Lester, FNP

Erin Lester is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in both education and healthcare. She holds bachelor’s degrees from the College of Saint Benedict and St. Cloud State University, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Erin gained extensive experience as a registered nurse, working in pediatrics, the Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care Units (NICU and PICU), and emergency medicine. Prior to her healthcare career, she also worked as a middle school teacher, bringing a unique perspective and a strong foundation in communication and education to her medical practice.
Erin is passionate about partnering with her patients to improve their overall health and wellness. She values a balanced approach that incorporates both traditional and alternative medicine, and she strives to empower her patients to make informed decisions about their health. Her goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where open and honest conversations can lead to lasting well-being.
A lifelong resident of Central Minnesota, Erin lives on a small hobby farm with her husband, two teenage children, and a variety of animals. She enjoys spending time outdoors—biking, hiking, horseback riding, and relaxing on the lake. In her free time, she also loves baking, crafting, reading, and exploring new places through travel.
