Brian is a physician assistant with a passion for creating meaningful relationships with everyone he meets. His mission is to identify dysfunction, imbalance, and pathology and to leverage proven therapies to restore his patients to optimal health and wellness. He always takes time to empower his patients thru education. His philosophy is to never overlook a safe and effective alternative therapy. His medical talents and proficiencies are uniquely suited to merge traditional and non-traditional forms of nutrition and supplementation, insulin and weight control, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), sexual wellness, regenerative orthopedics, postural restoration, and non-steroidal interventional chronic pain medicine.
Brian joins the New Kingdom Healthcare team with extensive experience in bio-identical hormone optimization and sexual wellness. He has been optimizing hormones using human bio-identical pellet/injectable therapies through companies like Biote, Sottopelle, and BioAge Health since 2020. Hormones play an essential role in unlocking our body’s full potential. He has witnessed first-hand the power of hormone optimization, when performed by a seasoned provider, to safely restore patients to healthy sleep, energy, vitality, mood, mentation, confidence, weight, blood insulin, blood cholesterol, cardiovascular function, muscle strength, bone density, cognitive capacity, and intimacy. Contrary to popular belief, properly administered bio-identical hormones do not cause cancer and blood clots. And more importantly, these findings are supported within peer reviewed scientific literature when one carefully combs through the messy data that has been gathered to date.
Of note, Brian also has a solid foundation in the practical application of a hormone-centered functional medicine, and he is currently working to gain full functional medicine certification through the Functional Medicine University. He uses this unique knowledge base in a more down-to-earth way to optimize his patient’s diet, supplementation, and hormones framed within realistic and attainable goals/targets tailored towards his patient’s needs.
Prior to joining New Kingdom, Brian also used his skills in postural restoration and interventional orthopedics to heal patients with chronic pain conditions at Baxter Medical Center (formerly known as Axness Integrative Medicine). There he gained extensive experience performing trigger point, tendon sheath, nerve block, joint, and bursa injections using homeopathies or regenerative othobiologics like platelet rich plasma (PRP) and human placental/umbilical derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and their growth factor filled exosomes.
Brian enjoys growing his family in faith with his wife Grace, son Aiden, soon to be born baby girl, and loving dog Popcorn. He is an avid learner and is constantly listening to any truth-oriented expert through lectures, books, and podcasts. He enjoys time praying/reflecting at church and adoration, playing cribbage, outdoors in the wilderness, playing USTA tennis with his dad and brother, rowing, doing calisthenic exercise, and visiting his family and friends.
